Kerry, Sam, and I have just completed a 5 day juice cleanse!
Since last Monday morning, we have had nothing but veggie and fruit juice for Breakfast, Mid-Morning Snak, Lunch, Mid-Afternoon Snak, and an evening juice if needed.  Every night we had a regular dinner, yet by Wednesday evening, we noticed how much fuller we felt during our meals. We could not finish our plates! So cool!
Here were some of our recipes:
Apple Fizz: 2 green apples and a small slice of ginger
Potassium Surprise: parsley, spinach, 6 carrots, 2 celery stalks, and a beet
Fruit Splash: 3 red apples, 4 chunks of pineapple, a handful of grapes, and a slice of ginger
Sweet Garden: 2 red apples, 6 carrots, and a handful of spinach

There were some that were just totally toxic; however, as a whole we seemed to enjoy the entire experience.
